Future Arc Discussion Empty Future Arc Discussion

Post by Yenot Fri Mar 15, 2013 1:26 am

This Topic is for discussing our plans for the Future Arcs of BZPB.
This does not mean the immediate future, but far flung future.
We have this topic to make sense of each others plans and plots to make our universe mesh more easily.
Note, if you have issue with another Users plans, discuss it with them in private, and amend your plans here when done.
We do not need a flame war breaking out here due to a difference in opinion.

I agree with the flame war part.

Let me make it clear that we are discussing everything that occurs between a few years before The Reckoning, The Reckoning itself, and after (unless we wish to amend that as well).

So, as we all know, F-Klak (clone of the original Klak) eventually rises to power and forms his own empire. He is competing against F-Blackout for complete control of the universe, apparently because the Users gave him the right to do so. He has also begun time traveling to the past to ensure that the original Klak is of the proper mental state once he is cloned on the Cadmus facility on Korasa.

However, Ynot awakens from his slumber, and, on his way to kill the Users, takes down F-Klak's flagship, rendering him unconscious. When he awakens, He finds that F-Blackout has gained the upper hand, and that most of his empire was exiled to a region of space known as the Dark Area (forgot the name).
In order to retake his chunk of the multiverse, F-Klak creates a group known as the Dark Green Lanterns, along with taking over both the Sinestro Corps and the Red Lantern Corps. He also takes control of all his remaining forces, and begins his assault. The Reckoning begins.

Meanwhile, a Mysterious Masked Stranger, along with F-Zev and F-Kakamu, has formed a Resistance movement aimed at fighting both F-Klak and F-Blackout. The Resistance aims to restore peace to a multiverse shattered by war. However, their fight has not been going well. Both empires are strict, tyrannical, and powerful.

Eventually (after a few years of war and conquest), F-Klak leaves to the past, and does not come back. The empire gets worried, and eventually, fighting begins to break out amongst different factions. F-Klak's entire empire is in civil war. This leads to the Resistance wondering whether or not it should make a large scale strike (even though the empire is fragmented, it is still much more powerful than the resistance). The Mysterious Masked Stranger tells Wareshu XV, an elvin historian and archaeologist, to look for the tomb of a familiar hero. This hero will be awakened, and will eventually help the Resistance take down all of F-Klak's generals, and restore peace.

I also want to fit Raziel into all of this.

And that's as far as I am on my end.

In the formation of his empire, F-Klak destroyed Malygos's Hegemony, and put him in a Maximum Security Prison, turning Dominaria into a prison just to insult him. Most of the remnants of the Inner Council were killed, but Anzu escaped, taking a few loyalists, including Hydraxis, with him.

Anzu covertly works within F-Klak's empire, working to subtly draw dissension from within. He evades capture and begins to gather allies among elves and demons.

When F-Klak leaves and does not return, Anzu sees his opportunity, and calls in his allies. Together, they free Malygos and remake Dominaria, as the leader of a new faction - called the Dominion. The Dominion wins some battles, and proceeds to expand large enough to be a major force.

After that, I'm not sure. But regardless, the Dominion is much more ruthless and cynical than either of Malygos's old empires.

When F-Klak rises, Blackout is driven into exile and his army is disbanded. He wanders the universe with a few Makuta and Rahkshi, occasionally raiding planets, partly to obtain resources, but mostly to keep himself occupied. During his travels, he obtains the Pandora's Box.

And then Ynot returns. Blackout decides to follow him, and catches him killing the Users. Once they're all dead, he traps Ynot in the Pandora's Box, and summons his old soldiers back to his side. He launches a counterattack against F-Klak's armies, driving them into the Dark Zones. All is well, until the Reckoning begins. F-Blackout realizes F-Klak has been interfering in the past, and begins doing the same.

Suddenly, F-Klak disappears. F-Blackout takes the opportunity to launch another attack on his empire, taking over parts of it. He decides to bide his time, waiting for the civil war to end so he can take down the weakened winner.

The Resistance and the Dominion are likely to be the most powerful factions left after Blackout's empire.

Most of what I have for the future is already written, but I shall summerize

Ynot eventually retires from the Hero game by wishing himself and his team human, settling down and having a kid with Shaern. HY Rears his ugly head one last time, and winds up killing Shaern in the process. This breaks Ynot, who wishes himself back to his former self to combat HY to the death back on the now abandoned Shinobi Nui.

This battle leaves Ynot mentally broken, and physically deteriorated, but HY dead. Beleiving himself still a threat to others, he imprisons himself there, until the events of Fall of a Hero. This of course results in the death of all Users(Save Chocoman).

The Crew raise Summer in the mean time, as she ages, they decide to keep mum on Ynot and their own histories, to avoid forcing them to live up to legends, but that doesn't stop the young ones from hearing from the other inhabitants.

The Chessmaster, as I'm referring to him for now, has been the person behind the scene, and plotted everything up to and through now, and will be the eventual person behind everything Summer will be going through in TAtL.

For future reference: I intend F-Klak and his empire to be a major threat even after F-Klak's death. Even its remnants will be more than a match.

I'm thinking of writing a story which would describe the events of Fall of a Hero from F-Blackout's perspective. What does everyone else think?
