First debate: Do you think people get banned too regularly?

To kick off the debate I would like to say yes. People seem to get banned on a wim, and I think it is unfair and generaly inconvienient.

This is the exact thing that isn't needed and is tied very closely into 'banning on a wim' in the sense that it is more inconvienient that anything else.
