I wish Sarge would die Painfully without ill harm coming to me

He does, but it also turns out that a fragment of the AllSpark had embedded itself in Sarge's head just before he died. Now, whenever he dies, he will be revived by said fragment, much like Starscream in Transformers Animated. He then proceeds to launch a series of revenge attempts against you, which do not cause ill harm to you but do cause you major annoyance.
